Happy Birthday America!

July 4th was our first holiday as a married couple. Ashley was supposed to work but luckily she got called off and we were able to spend it together. We made dinner and then headed to A.C.'s house and had some homemade strawberry ice cream. We then headed to the fairgrounds to watch fireworks.

Back to the Beach

Last weekend we went to the beach for a few days. There aren't any pictures of Ashley because I couldn't take the hint and grab the camera to take her picture after she took these.

Maddie the Furball

We have a brush called the Furminator. It gets a lot more hair out than a normal brush. We got this much hair from two 30 min brushing sessions with Maddie.

Down to the Lake

Michael helped our friends from Bible study move this weekend down to Greenville, S.C., so we decided to spend the rest of the weekend at the lake. In case you haven't noticed the reoccurring pattern (lake, beach, lake...)we've been mooching off of family this summer visiting Michael's grandparent's at Emerald Isle and my parents at the lake house in SC. It's been great being able to spend time with our families though as well as get in some mini-vacations!

Beach Bums

We went to the beach for a long weekend. We hung out with Michael's family, and Michael played some tennis with his cousins, Andrew and Molly.

At the Lake

Last weekend we went to the Lake for Grant's graduation. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Grant's UGA Graduation

The main reason we went to the lake was for Grant's graduation from UGA. Here are a few pictures. Its like where's Waldo but Grant is behind a guy who has a white frisbee on his cap. Congrats Grant!
