Tall's in Town

Ashley's parents came into town last weekend for Ashley's cousin's art show in Chapel Hill. On Saturday, Michael's parents came up to meet us all for lunch, and afterwards we walked through Duke Gardens. It was so nice to be out in this beautiful spring weather!

Ikea

This past weekend we headed down to the new Ikea in Charlotte to look for some new furniture for our apartment. It took us over 3 hours to make it through the entire store, but we ended up finding some great furniture for our living room and bedroom. After a successful shopping trip we headed back to Durham, where we quickly realized we had a lot of furniture to assemble! The electric screw driver we got as a wedding present came in very handy to say the least. We got it all put together though, and our apartment is starting to feel a lot more like 'ours' instead of 'his and hers.'
